State Route 264 is a northwest-southeast state route located in Gwinnett County in the northern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. From the route's western terminus at U.S. Route 78/State Route 10 southwest of Snellville, the route runs southeast to its eastern terminus at State Route 124 south of Snellville. The route is known locally as Bethany Church Road.
